A calmer workday—built into your team’s rhythm.

Traditional mat-based yoga pilots and recurring workplace programs, thoughtfully planned around your people, available space, and business day.

A low-friction wellness experience

Welcoming for beginners. Considered for the workplace.

Leeza brings calm pacing, clear explanations, and approachable movement options to each group. She has undertaken advanced yoga study approaching 1,000 hours in total, including more than 600 completed and documented training hours. Her teaching is also informed by a separate 40-hour CHEK Institute Integrated Movement Science Level 1 program.

The planning conversation covers participant experience, room setup, timing, accessibility considerations, and how the session fits your broader wellness program. Companies or participants provide mats and props. No flexibility or previous yoga experience is assumed.

For program planners

Workplace yoga, answered simply.

How many employees can participate?

Private Yoga Nova does not set a fixed maximum in advance. Final attendance depends on the available room, safe spacing, and the format confirmed in the proposal.

Can a workplace session include beginners?

Yes. Sessions can use clear pacing and approachable options so first-time participants can take part without needing to match more experienced colleagues.

Do employees need yoga mats or special clothing?

Yes, each participant needs a yoga mat and clothing suitable for movement. The company or participants provide all mats and props, and the organizer should reserve clear floor space before the session.

Can you support a one-time event or a recurring program?

Private Yoga Nova offers planning for both one-time mat-based workplace sessions and recurring series. Timing, group size, room setup, accessibility needs, and program goals are discussed before a proposal is prepared.

Is workplace yoga medical care?

No. Workplace sessions provide general educational yoga and movement instruction, not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or individualized rehabilitation.
